"The students left the session begging for more! What a wonderful feeling that was…to know that at least for one day we were able to make learning a positive thing for these students. I can guarantee you that these students will remember this e-Mission for years to come."
Gary Phillips
Director of Technology, Gallia County Local Schools

Virtual Tour

Mission Control
Spacecraft... this is Mission Control. Do you read me? Over! While working in Mission Control, participants are considered the "brains of the operation." They are responsible for reading, analyzing, researching, and making recommendations to their teammates in the spacecraft.

Spacecraft Simulator Room
3, 2, 1... and blastoff onboard the Challenger Learning Center's spacecraft simulator. All space explorers are assigned to a specific team and are responsible for a particular component of the mission. You'll have plenty of fun whether you are the navigation, probe, or isolation officer!

Main Lobby and Classrooms
Take a group photo in front of our life-sized space murals painted by local artist Jean Och. Join us for science themed, hands-on activities facilitated by our flight directors in either the Christa McAuliffe or Galaxy Commons classrooms.
